The words that changed my life forever

I was at work one day and got a call from the police in Winston-Salem, where my 23 year old daughter was beginning her 3rd year of medical school at Wake Forest School of Medicine.  He gave me the most horrible news any parent could ever possibly get.  My life will never be the same.  Once I got home from Winston-Salem, I wanted to notify all her friends so chose facebook as a means to do so.  Then it became an outlet for me and I want to put these posts on my blog as they happened.

About gatito2

My name is Rhonda. I'm a registered nurse, for the last 20 years, that has not been able to work since the day I learned of my daughter's death by suicide 4-12-13. (She actually died 4-11-13 and her body was not found until the 12th) Me and my husband have been married for 32 years and he's a wonderful man. We grieve in different ways. He works, I write. This is my journey through this horrible land of losing a child..
